The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room missed the mark. Stained bedding and towels greeted me, and I found the floors less than inviting, looking as if they'd seen better days. Additionally, calling for a shower curtain only to fetch it myself was a hassle, especially when I noticed hair stuck inside it upon retrieval. Noise disruptions from above made for a restless night—I had to use earplugs to salvage any sleep at all. The chair in the room felt like it belonged in a landfill, with loose staples poking out, raising concerns about safety. Lastly, it was puzzling and frustrating to see no daily housekeeping routine, forcing me to trek to the front desk for fresh towels and supplies.
